Job Details

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in a high-speed environment
Diagnose issues across electrical (multi-voltage), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Maintain and repair automation systems, robotics, and conveyors
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
Fabricate or modify parts as needed (welding, machining, custom fixes)
Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing
Strong troubleshooting across:
Electrical systems
Hydraulics & pneumatics
Mechanical systems
Experience in plastics or injection molding environments strongly preferred
Exposure to automation, robotics, or conveyor systems
Welding/fabrication capability (MIG/TIG/Arc preferred)
Self-sufficient, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Prior lead or informal leadership experience is a plus
