This full-time, onsite role supports daily operations through timely service and a strong focus on safety and quality.Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance needs with nursing, completing routine repairs and preventive maintenance, supporting refurbishing projects, maintaining grounds, monitoring building systems and equipment, and assisting with safety inspections, tests, and drills. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years in building trades/maintenance preferred- Working knowledge of common tools and maintenance software- Preferred skills: HVAC, electrical, plumbing- Detail-oriented, dependable, and service-minded problem solverApply today to be considered for our Maintenance Technician opening.Daily RhythmYour day typically begins with reviewing overnight notes and any new service requests, then planning priorities to minimize disruption in resident areas. Midday may include checking critical systems for steady performance and walking the exterior to confirm walkways and grounds are orderly.
