Maintenance Technician - Metal Manufacturing (2nd Shift)

FALK Panel USA is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our second-shift team. This role is responsible for supporting equipment reliability, troubleshooting production issues, and helping keep our highly automated manufacturing line running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Respond quickly to equipment downtime and production support needs
• Assist with repairs, adjustments, and equipment improvements
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime
• Document maintenance activity as needed

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working around automated production equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety
• Willingness to work second shift, Monday-Thursday

Pay and benefits

• Full-time, W-2 position 
• Pay: $25-$31 per hour, based on experience
• Additional $2/hour shift differential on top of base pay
• Monthly performance bonus opportunity of up to 12% of base earnings, based on company and/or individual KPI achievement 
• 401(k) with 4% company match

• Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following the hire date

• 40 hours of PTO after 90 days
• An additional 40 hours of PTO at 6 months

• PTO renews annually on January 1, with up to 40 hours eligible for carryover

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:30 AM
