Maintenance Technician - Metal Manufacturing (2nd Shift)

FALK Panel USA is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our second-shift team. This role is responsible for supporting equipment reliability, troubleshooting production issues, and helping keep our highly automated manufacturing line running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond quickly to equipment downtime and production support needs
- Assist with repairs, adjustments, and equipment improvements
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activity as needed
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working around automated production equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety
- Willingness to work second shift, Monday-Thursday
Pay and benefits
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Pay: $25-$31 per hour, based on experience
- Additional $2/hour shift differential on top of base pay
- Monthly performance bonus opportunity of up to 12% of base earnings, based on company and/or individual KPI achievement
- 401(k) with 4% company match

- Company-paid dental and vision insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and dependents
- Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following the hire date
- 11 paid holidays
- 40 hours of PTO after 90 days
- An additional 40 hours of PTO at 6 months
- An additional 40 hours of PTO after 2 years
- PTO renews annually on January 1, with up to 40 hours eligible for carryover
- $500 gym reimbursement
- Monthly catered lunches
- Company events, including family-friendly summer events, winter events, pickleball, and golf outings
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:30 AM
