Requirements
Valid U.S. driver’s license & legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Basic tool set and reliable personal transportation (ideally a work van)
Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
It is required to be close to downtown, a maximum of 20 minutes away.
Available to work a structured schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (with a 60-minute unpaid lunch); Friday and Saturday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Comfort with technology. Must follow company policy, agree to AI GPS-tracking and task monitoring.
Must agree to random drug testing
Benefits
$23–$25/hour starting pay
Flexible schedule offering 2.5 days off each week, with the option to start early or stay late to complete a 40-hour workweek.
