Maintenance Technician

Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Middlefield, OH. This role is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. Daily tasks may include inspecting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; troubleshooting issues; and coordinating with vendors or contractors for specialized services. • Strong skills in facility maintenance, including basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair.

• Ability to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and building systems.

• Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
