Woodlake Community Association is currently seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to assist the Director of Facilities and Grounds in overall repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of the Association buildings, common area grounds, and assets. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with all department staff to support and provide maintenance services in a professional manner, consistent with the standards, goals and objectives of the General Manager and Woodlake Community Association residents.
Two to four years of related facilities maintenance or related trades experience required. Individual must be detail-oriented, flexible, multi-task, and communicate effectively in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledgeable with repairs for exterior grounds, as well as interior buildings including common plumbing, electrical, carpentry and basic construction required. Must have experience with small power tools, and be capable of operating or learning to oerate tractors, skid loader, and similar equipment. Knowledge of basic computer skills and software required. The individual must be able to follow established safety policies and procedures, including all applicable OSHA standards. The individual must have ability to work extended hours, days, weekends or holidays as necessary. Qualifications include: high school diploma, or educational equivalent; and valid driver's license. Starting salary: $45,000-$48,000, plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA, IRA, Life and PTO).
