Lead Maintenance Technician
Memphis, TN
$30-$35/hr
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Overtime Available
We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Assign and monitor work orders.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
- Maintain CMMS records and manage spare parts inventory.
- Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years in a lead or senior technician role.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- CMMS experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
