Job Details
Troubleshoot, install, modify, maintain, and repair plant equipment, production machinery, and facility systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance, including inspections, adjustments, lubrication, and equipment servicing.
Disassemble, repair, fabricate, weld, and reassemble machinery, equipment, and components as needed.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and technical documentation.
Identify and resolve production equipment issues while communicating maintenance concerns with supervisors and production teams.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities in the maintenance database.
Monitor maintenance inventory, order replacement parts and materials, and maintain organized parts storage.
Troubleshoot and maintain facility systems, including heating and cooling equipment, and coordinate with outside service vendors when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
