We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in the details, solves problems with confidence, and understands that great maintenance is a key part of creating an exceptional resident experience. In this role, you will help keep our properties operating at their best, from completing work orders and apartment turns to maintaining curb appeal, supporting preventative maintenance, and ensuring every space reflects the Greco Seal of Approval.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, dependable, and energized by variety. Every day brings something different, and your work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an important part of the property team, helping ensure the community is clean, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. You will respond to resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and prepare apartment homes for new residents. You will also support the overall appearance and functionality of the property through groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, and seasonal upkeep.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining curb appeal and outdoor spaces, caring for landscaping and plantings, managing trash and recycling areas, keeping garages and common areas clean and safe, and assisting with snow and ice removal during the winter months. You will also complete apartment turnover work, perform painting and touch-ups, troubleshoot appliances, and assist with minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

In addition, you will help identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues, purchase and pick up approved parts and materials, and coordinate with painters, carpet installers, and other vendors as needed. Most importantly, you will bring a service-minded approach to every interaction and take ownership in helping the property look and feel its best.
