Maintenance Technician - Kemps Minneapolis
Starting Wage: $36.25/hour
Schedule: Overnight, 10 hour shift
Monday, Wednesday Friday, Saturday 5pm-3:30am
Kemps is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our plant running strong. In this role, you'll fix equipment, prevent breakdowns, and support daily production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Fix and maintain production and packaging machines
- Perform regular equipment checks and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues to keep lines running and reduce downtime
- Work on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air (pneumatic), and hydraulic systems
- Help install new equipment
- Work with operators to solve problems quickly
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Complete work orders and document repairs clearly and on time
- Communicate problems that may affect production
- Follow all safety, food safety, and company procedures
