Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd shift)
Pay Range: $24.50 - $31.73/hour
Location: Minonk, IL
Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results
What You'll Do:
Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems
Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus)
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting
Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
Frequent climbing, bending, and twisting
Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally
