Overview
Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, fabricate and install various equipment in accordance with established standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter
- One of the following:
- Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
- 1 of the most recent 3 years' experience performing maintenance duties
- Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts:
- Maintenance Mechanics
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Painting
- HVAC/Refrigeration
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
- Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver's license
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of a two-year technical school program
