Maintenance Technician Position Summary Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of skilled nursing facility. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by Capitol Hill Healthcare.

Maintenance Tech Job Qualifications and Requirements ---------------------------------------------------

High school diploma or equivalent Specialized training certification licensure or schooling preferred 2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience Communicates effectively both orally and in writing Valid Alabama Drivers License with good driving record
