Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
Repair electrical systems to component level
Install, maintain, and repair machinery to support production goals
Repair motors, heaters, coolers, refrigerators, and related systems
Move, install, and replace machinery and auxiliary equipment
Disassemble / reassemble slicing and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, boiler, and oven systems
Perform welding as needed / learn welding processes
Operate PIT equipment safely
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and project documentation
Support training of team members
Provide innovative solutions to recurring equipment issues
Support plant facility maintenance as assigned
Qualifications Section (Needed)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Technical school / maintenance certification preferred
Minimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems to component level
Strong background in mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, boilers, ovens, and refrigeration systems
Food manufacturing or packaging environment experience strongly preferred
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Proven ability to diagnose breakdowns quickly and minimize downtime
Welding experience or willingness to learn
Ability to safely operate PIT equipment or willingness to certify
