Job Summary
We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Man /Handyman to join our team! You’ll primarily make sure our our apartments and homes are rental ready by regularly inspect our buildings for any damage, and conducting routine maintenance to keep it running our homes are running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities 

• Very good painter to help make the apartments ready
• Good with minor quick drywall repairs
• Very comfortable with plumbing and pex tolls...we get a lot of leaks or lines that need replaced
• Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC equipment is a bonus-  example is knowing how to replace a thermalcouple
• Knowing how to install windows and doors is huge
• Being neat, clean, and effecient along with being able to troubleshoot a problem and take innittive to tackle a maintenance issue isr requried.
• Some general landscape is prefered to keep these properties looking sharp as well.  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Just being able to paint well!
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated individual able to handle multiple priorities and tasks within fast-paced environments.
• Troubleshooting: Highlighting the ability to diagnose and fix problems efficiently.
• Skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician, adept at a wide range of repairs and installations.

Our properties are located relatvely close to Rt 79 from Canonsburg to Avalon.
