Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location:

Morrow, GA 30260 (Onsite)

Pay:

$28$30+ per hour during training
Additional $2/hour shift differential after transition to 3rd shift

Position Overview:

Hands-on maintenance role supporting high-volume manufacturing operations
Focused on keeping production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently
Direct-hire opportunity with long-term stability and growth

Schedule & Term:

Direct Hire
First 90 days: 1st shift for training and onboarding
After 90 days: 3rd shift (overnight)

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems
Diagnose issues, replace components, and calibrate equipment as needed
Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Document maintenance activity and support safety initiatives
