Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout the building and surrounding property.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and systems as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors to ensure quality and compliance with facility standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Previous maintenance, facilities, or related experience required.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and prolonged standing.Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
