This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systemsMaintain critical facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power equipmentSupport equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvementsRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manualsIdentify root causes of equipment issues and recommend process improvementsMaintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement effortsFollow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices, and comply with OSHA and WillowWood standardsParticipate in on-call rotations and work overtime or weekends as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelComfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and elevated work areasPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or technical certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related fieldExperience with HVAC systems, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipmentFamiliarity with CMMS software and backup power systemsForklift experienceWillowWood is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
