This role is responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The technician will conduct root cause analysis to resolve equipment downtime issues, submit detailed work orders in the CMMS, and work independently with strong organization and reliability. Success in this role requires maintaining positive working relationships with maintenance and production teams, adhering to strict safety standards, and effectively managing multiple priorities. Candidates should have proven maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems. The position also requires flexibility to meet operational demands, including overtime as needed.
