Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Regular Business Hours

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of commercial building maintenance experience required
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Experience maintaining multi-tenant office buildings preferred

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure building systems operate efficiently
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for tenants and visitors
• Coordinate repairs and communicate maintenance updates as needed
• Document completed work and maintenance activities
• Support overall facility operations and building upkeep
