Distribution Center looking for maintenance technicians to conduct inspecting, repairing, maintaining equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. 1st Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm, Monday - FridayStarting salary at $21-25hr depending on experience.Great Benefits Package:$100 monthly bonus for working second shift, PTO, 401k, Medical Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement.Immediate starts available upon successfully completing interview.Must pass Drug and background check.About the Role:Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in light electrical and/or light HVAC though candidates with experience in general maintenance are also welcome to apply.This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for day-to-day maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of our warehouse and office facilities, grounds, and equipment. No two days look exactly the same; if you enjoy variety and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.Duties:General Maintenance:Perform routine facility inspections and address maintenance needs proactivelyComplete work orders in a timely mannerMaintain tools and supply inventory; coordinate with vendors as neededFollow safety regulations and company policiesLight Electrical:Replace lighting fixtures, ballasts, bulbs, and outlet coversTroubleshoot basic electrical issues; escalate to licensed electricians when neededSupport low voltage wiring installation for signage and fixturesLight HVAC:Perform routine HVAC maintenance including filter changes and belt inspectionsMonitor heating and cooling systems; escalate issues to licensed HVAC technicians when neededAssist with seasonal startup/shutdown of HVAC equipmentEquipment Maintenance:Troubleshoot equipment and facility systemsMaintain and repair bundlers, dock plates, dock doors, and miscellaneous warehouse and office equipment upkeepRefer repairs as needed to the Ops Manager and/or appropriate vendorsGroundskeeping:Maintain exterior appearance: litter cleanup, upkeep the designated smoking area, monitor pest activity, conduct tree risk assessments; escalate issues to property management when neededInspect drainage, parking lot surfaces, and exterior lightingPainting & Drywall:Patch, repair, and finish drywall in office and warehouse spacesPaint interior and exterior surfaces to maintain a clean, professional appearancePrep surfaces and ensure quality finishesWhat We Are Looking For:2+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenanceExperience in light electrical, light HVAC, or both; candidates with either or both are encouraged to apply.
