Maintenance Technician – Multi-Site SupportJoin Our Growing Automotive Dealership Group!We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician – Multi-Site Support to join our facilities team. This position will work directly with and support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining and improving multiple automotive dealership rooftops.The ideal candidate is a reliable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and operating properly. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance and facility needs across multiple dealership locationsTravel between dealership rooftops as assigned to complete repairs, maintenance, and other projectsPerform general building maintenance and repairsAssist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other facility repairsPerform routine preventative maintenance and inspectionsTroubleshoot maintenance issues and report larger or more complex problems to the Maintenance ManagerMaintain dealership buildings, service departments, offices, employee areas, parking areas, and other facilitiesAssist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and other itemsAssist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior upkeepHelp prepare locations for outside contractors and vendorsAssist the Maintenance Manager with special projects and facility improvementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesPerform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assignedExperience & Qualifications1–3 years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or building maintenance experience preferredExperience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, or general repairsComfortable using common hand tools and power toolsBasic understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshootingStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnExperience working across multiple buildings or locations is a plusExperience with commercial properties, automotive facilities, dealerships, or service departments is a plusExperience with snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, or exterior property maintenance is helpfulAbility to safely use ladders and perform physical maintenance tasksAbility to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipDependable, punctual, and able to work independently when assigned a taskGood communication and teamwork skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything and isn't afraid to learn.
