Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on maintenance role. In this position, you will help ensure that facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues as needed.
• Assist with minor installation, assembly, and repair projects.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records in an organized manner.
• Monitor equipment performance and report potential issues before they become larger problems.
• Support safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to complete work efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry tasks.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required by the role.
