Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime and ensure the safe and efficient operation of process and facility equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Contribute to maintaining uptime of process and facility equipment.
- Perform maintenance activities by following assigned work orders and scheduled tasks.
- Inspect and work on operating equipment to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Troubleshoot and address equipment maintenance needs as assigned.
- Follow established maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with SHE requirements, security protocols, quality standards, OSHA regulations, and other applicable requirements.
- Assist with implementing best practices to improve maintenance effectiveness and equipment reliability.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work on-site at 100 North Valley Street, New Ulm, MN 56073.
- Ability to take direction on work orders and maintenance tasks involving process and facility equipment.
- Experience working in a safety-conscious environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA, SHE, quality, security, and other safety requirements.
- Ability to maintain equipment in a manner that supports safe and healthy working conditions.
- Ability to meet applicable physical fit testing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Experience following quality standards and best practices in equipment maintenance.
- Certifications related to equipment maintenance or safety standards.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
