Job Posting

This position is approximately 80% custodial work and 20% building/facility maintenance. Duties include routine and heavy custodial cleaning, restroom maintenance, trash and recycling removal, minor building repairs, painting and drywall patching, light plumbing and electrical work, upkeep of mechanical systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and irrigation systems, preventative maintenance, facility inspections, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and maintaining interior and exterior areas of public facilities.
