Pay: $17.49-$20.40/hour
based on experience

What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance of buildings
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, including:
  • Heat pumps
  • Motors and compressors
  • Hot water circulating pumps
  • Fans and unit heaters
  • Condensing coils
  • Motor starters and circuit breakers
  • Control valves, boilers, and cooling towers
  • Thermostats and closed-loop control systems

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work

• • Vocational training, trade school certification, or documented apprenticeship may be considered in place of experience
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with company policy
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers
