Maintenance Technician

Pay: $17.49-$20.40/hour

What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance of buildings
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, including:
- Heat pumps
- Motors and compressors
- Hot water circulating pumps
- Fans and unit heaters
- Condensing coils
- Motor starters and circuit breakers
- Control valves, boilers, and cooling towers
- Thermostats and closed-loop control systems
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work
- Vocational training, trade school certification, or documented apprenticeship may be considered in place of experience
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with company policy
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers
