Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in keeping bottling operations running safely and efficiently by maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing systems, including PLCs and VFDs, while supporting continuous improvement across the facility. The position works closely with production teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support new equipment installations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3am with overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on bottling and manufacturing equipment, including PLCs and VFDs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize production downtime
  • Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and production systems
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including work orders and equipment logs
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of maintenance troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

The hourly rate for this role is $28.28-$42.42.
