Job Description/Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that help maximize production uptime. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment alongside a collaborative team. 

 

Schedule: 2-2-3 Work Schedule | 5:45pm - 6am

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and grounds to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs, and communicate equipment concerns to maintenance leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of maintenance, manufacturing, or other relevant industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Completion of a technical school program, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), industrial controls, or welding.
  • Previous experience operating a Forklift of Scissor lift

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment, climb ladders and stairs, and safely operate industrial equipment.

The hourly range for this role is $30.14 - $45.22.
