$35-$38/hour

Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of condominium communities throughout the Merrimack Valley area.

This position focuses on exterior maintenance, common areas, and community-wide projects. No apartment turns or work inside residential units.

Responsibilities:

• Exterior property maintenance and repairs
• Painting, drywall, and minor carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing, electrical and landscape
• Gutter cleaning and drainage maintenance
• Concrete and pothole repairs
• Signage installation and repairs
• Door and lock repairs
• Fire door inspections
• Maintaining curb appeal

Requirements:

• 3+ years maintenance, facilities, or construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and landscape
• Truck or van to transport tools and equipment
• Basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently and travel between properties
• Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
