Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring production equipment operates at peak performance by:

• Performing preventive maintenance on CNC machines, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to support production
• Maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
• Performing general facility maintenance and carpentry projects as needed
• Working closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment uptime
• Completing work orders and documenting maintenance activities within the CMMS system
• Following all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Assisting with additional maintenance projects and overtime support when needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in an industrial manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining CNC machinery or automated manufacturing equipment
• Multi-craft maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Technical school training, apprenticeship, or industry certifications
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Accuracy of CMMS records and asset data
