The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. You are part of the maintenance team, responsible to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position at Mercy Northglen. This property is located in Lincoln, Nebraska on a 4.8 acre site developed in 1970. The 60-unit multifamily property has 10 one-bedroom apartments and 50 two-bedroom apartments and consists of five three-level buildings.
Pay: $21=23/hour, dependent on experience.
