Maintenance Technician

Temperform in Novi, MI is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure maximum uptime across our facility, including manual and CNC machines. This is a hands-on position working across departments including the machine shop, pattern shop, and foundry. Pay & Schedule:

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 2nd Shift or Blended Shift (schedule TBD)

• Troubleshoot equipment issues across the facility
• Perform minor and major repairs on manual and CNC machines
• Complete preventative maintenance and maintain accurate documentation
• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to maximize uptime
• Work closely with maintenance team, supervisors, and other departments
• Other duties as assigned

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal direction
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Organized and able to meet deadlines

• High school diploma or 2-year technical degree
• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical systems and machinery repair
• Electrical journeyman license a plus
• Basic computer skills
