In this role youll have the chance to make a significant impact on our operations contributing to the success of our production lines and the overall efficiency of our facilities.

How Youll Make an Impact Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines. Monitor and improve performance aspects of Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Inventory goals. Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities. Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS SAP daily. Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP CMMS schedules. Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician. Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems. Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background High School degree or GED equivalent required. Mechanical electrical andor fabrication skills and experience. Basic computer skills including SAP. HVAC and welding experience preferred. Ability to operate industrial equipment including cranes and forklifts. Ability to read and understand blueprints and simple schematics. Experience in lean manufacturing 4Q JIDOKA 6S is a plus.
