Maintenance Technician

Firehouse Subs is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role is critical in keeping our restaurants operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards for our guests and team members.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple restaurant locations
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, refrigeration units, ice machines, and beverage systems
• Complete general facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, minor carpentry)
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues quickly to minimize operational downtime
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and safety concerns
• Maintain and service critical systems such as walk-ins, exhaust hoods, and HVAC units
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, service logs, and parts inventory
• Assist with store remodels, new equipment installs, and small improvement projects
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
