You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.****What You'll Do**+ Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures.+ Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more.+ Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.+ Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines.+ Track and storedepartment inventory.+ Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers.+ Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned.**What You'll Need**+ Applicants must becurrently authorized to work in United States without the need for visasponsorship now or in the future.+ High school diplomaor general education degree (GED).+ 1 year of relatedexperience and/or training.+ Proficiency usingcomputers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).+ Experience usingpowered or non-powered hand tools.+ Ability to solveproblems and carry out general instructions in standard situations such as;routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses,coordination, and safety compliance.+ Ability to move upto 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, andclimbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Associate's orhigher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in themechanical or electrical field.+ 2+ yearsapprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulicand pneumatic systems.+ Experience with MHEsafety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) andSafety standards.+ Experience with aComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).+ 2+ years' experiencewith automated conveyor systems and controls.+ 2+ years' experienceconducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.+ 2+ years ofblueprint and electrical schematic reading+ 2+ year of knowledgewith electrical and electronic principles+ 2+ year experienceof following and demonstrating safety standards+ 1+ year experiencein troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems**CBRE Employee Benefits**‒ Comprehensive medical, dental, vision‒ Disability benefit program‒ 401k company matching‒ Paid time off and holidays‒ Company paid life insurance‒ Pet insurance‒ Paid parental leave**Why CBRE?**We invest in our employees'development.
