  • About the Company: Global manufacturer of engineered motion control products, including push-pull control cables, ball joints, rod ends, and linkage assemblies. Their mechanical and mechatronic components are used by major OEMs in the aerospace, automotive, agriculture, marine, and heavy truck industries. 
What You Will Do
  • Observe machinery and equipment in operation to identify mechanical issues and determine root causes of equipment failures. 
  • Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and replace defective machine components. 
  • Perform routine, preventative, and planned maintenance on production equipment. 
  • Complete equipment changeovers and setup activities to support production schedules. 
  • Conduct machining of production parts as needed to support manufacturing operations. 
  • Perform maintenance duties including welding, metal fabrication, electrical work, pipefitting, and carpentry.
  • Execute preventative maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs and maintenance activities. 
  • Follow all company safety standards, Right-to-Know requirements, and established policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What You Will Need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, mathematics, and mechanical systems. 
  • Experience working with industrial equipment, motors, and gears. 
  • Welding, fabrication, machining, electrical, pipefitting, and carpentry experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
