Job Summary
Oroville Union High School District is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the safe operation, maintenance, and improvement of District facilities and grounds. This position performs journey-level work in a variety of building trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC/R, painting, roofing, glazing, lock systems, and general facility repairs. The ideal candidate is a dependable problem solver who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, works independently, and is committed to providing safe, functional, and welcoming learning environments for students and staff. Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, repairs, construction, and renovation projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and District procedures. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support District operations.
