  • Friday: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and respond to equipment breakdowns
  • Support equipment upgrades, overhauls, and installations
  • Monitor production lines and provide maintenance support as needed
  • Complete and manage work orders using SAP or a CMMS system
  • Document repairs, labor, and parts usage accurately
  • Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs
  • Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
  • Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems preferred
  • Food manufacturing or bakery experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
Education, Technical Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Proficiency Level

One year of industrial plant maintenance planning experience preferred with:
  • Specialized Technical Skills
  • Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Maintenance Troubleshooting
  • Failure Analysis
