Park Rapids, MN (3 days/week) & Sebeka, MN (2 day/week)

Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform minor repairs to buildings and equipment.
- Repair and maintain resident wheelchairs, walkers, and furniture.
- Complete preventative maintenance on building mechanical equipment, nursing lift equipment, alarm systems, and other facility equipment.
- Install, inspect, and maintain facility alarm systems.
- Coordinate major maintenance and repairs with licensed contractors.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts and order materials as needed.
- Collect and remove facility garbage and recycling.
- Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance assignments.
- Perform minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction-related repairs.
- Operate floor care equipment, including power scrubbers and carpet extractors.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repair work.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel between our Park Rapids and Sebeka locations.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and quality care.
Schedule & Location
- Full-Time
- 4 days per week in Park Rapids, MN
- 1 day per week in Sebeka, MN
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
