Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri (30min lunch)

Job Overview
We're seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure our production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. This role, based in Piedmont, SC, offers $30 per hour and involves equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with team members. This position has the potential to move into a lead role.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Assist with building maintenance and facility infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or packaging
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems up to 480V
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing active duties
