Location: Split Position for McKeesport/Rostraver

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week M-F between the hours of 7am and 3:30 pm with flexibility to work later and/or on weekends due to need

Salary: $20- $26 per hour, based on experience - DAILY PAY AVAILABLE!!

Summary of Job Duties: Provide preventative and episodic maintenance, service and repair in the area of mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing and other services covering multiple sites. Occasional installations or relocation of furniture, equipment and decorative items. In addition to facility repairs, the Maintenance Technician (MT) will also provide home repairs for participants as authorized by Community LIFE Interdisciplinary Teams. The MT must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in the above areas.

Required Education: Trade school or other relevant training in applicable field

Required Experience: One year experience in the maintenance field (preferably in healthcare facility maintenance)

Required Certifications/Licensure:

  • Valid PA Driver's License

Required Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Experience in maintenance trades
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Must be able to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools
  • Broad based knowledge of building codes
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to accept and utilize supervision to maintain high standards of quality
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team building and conflict resolution skills
  • Dependable, resourceful and flexible.
  • Basic computer use
