Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and electrical repairs

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions

- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to minimize downtime

- Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management (Appfolio)

- Working location: Plano, TX

Qualifications

- Must have an HVAC license

- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge

- Clear background check (required)

- Drivers License (required)

- Ability to fabricate parts when needed

- Proficiency in residential painting techniques is a plus

- Must have reliable transportation (pickup preferred), mileage reimbursed.
