Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring production equipment and facility systems are running reliably and safely. This role performs a variety of hands-on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance activities, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Passing score on aptitude test required in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent.
Certificate from a college or technical program with 2+ years of relevant experience for Technician level.
5+ years of experience in maintenance or packaging machinery required for Senior Technician level.
Maintenance experience in consumer goods, baking, or printing industries is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with SAP S/4 HANA or CMMS systems is a plus.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, industrial mechanics, and applicable safety standards.
Must pass a pre-employment physical.
Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources
