Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sanatoga Ridge Community. The ideal candidate will help maintain, repair, and support building systems, equipment, residential homes, and common areas to ensure a safe, functional, comfortable, and pleasant environment for our residents. This role also supports the setup and teardown of routine and resident-related events, ensuring community facilities are prepared for social gatherings, meetings, and special events.

++The position requires participation in a rotational emergency maintenance on-call response team. ++

• Building Maintenance:
• • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC (minor), appliances, and other facility systems.
  • Respond to maintenance service requests from residents and staff promptly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to facility equipment, appliances, and systems.
  • Maintain and replace lighting, door hardware, and appliances as necessary.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and building systems of residential homes and common areas.
  • Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents and staff.
  • Address maintenance requests from residents in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Provide assistance and support to other staff members, as needed, for various maintenance-related tasks.
