This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, and in compliance with all regulations while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate combines cross-trade skills across mechanical, electrical, and structural systems with precision needed for fast-paced property maintenance. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.This is a field-based role with daily travel between properties. Primarily in Central Massachusetts, with some locations in Connecticut and other parts of Massachusetts. If you take pride in good work and can handle a variety of repairs, we want to hear from you.
