We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with PLC programming and diagnostics. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with automated production equipment and conveyors
  • Perform PLC troubleshooting and programming modifications on manufacturing equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
  • Maintain motors, drives, sensors, relays, VFDs, and control systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Support production by responding quickly to equipment downtime
  • Install and assist with new equipment and process improvements
  • Document maintenance repairs and completed work orders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
  • Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC motors, VFDs, sensors, and automated systems
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical degree or certifications are a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Robotics or automation experience
  • Experience working in high-speed manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of HMI systems and servo motors
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
