Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

SpringSeal, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions utilizing your knowledge of logic controllers and other technical systems.

• Fabricate and weld components as needed.

• Must be able to track work orders, document repairs and maintain accurate records.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or customers.

• Supervise external contractors when necessary.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• We are looking for a person who has experience working with 480 AC.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
• Strong Industrial Electrical knowledge. (3 Phase Industrial Electrical )
• Strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge
• Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with CMMS Software preferred.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong communication skillsin English, both verbal and written.
• The candidate must have their own tools.
