Pay: $28.00 Hourly Rate Based on Experience

Location: DFW Metro, TX (In Person)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the equipment and facilities across our large portfolio of single-family residential homes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role begins as a contracted position with a 90180 day probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion.

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Experience Required:

Maintenance: 1 year minimum

Licenses & Certifications Required:

Driver's License

Personal Vehicle

EPA Certification

Location Requirements:

Must be able to commute to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Candidates outside the area must relocate to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX before starting work

Work Location: In person

Salary Range: $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks for single family homes, including painting, carpentry, and electrical repairs

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend effective solutions

• Carry out preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

• Supervise contractors and vendors as needed to ensure quality and timely completion of work

• Manage work orders, specifically in AppFolio.

Qualifications

- Must have an HVAC license

- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge

- Clear background check (required)

- Drivers License (required)

- Ability to fabricate parts when needed

- Proficiency in residential painting techniques is a plus
