We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment communities.Position ResponsibilitiesAs our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.
