Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift Location: Reynolds, IN Pay: $26/hr Temp-to-Hire | 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am, OT as needed
Pro Resources is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for an exciting opportunity with a growing manufacturing facility in Reynolds, IN. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a 3rd shift position that offers long-term potential with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and production equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete corrective repairs
Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation
Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records
Support facility upkeep including equipment, building, and grounds maintenance
Perform predictive diagnostics on operational equipment
Follow all safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures
Help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of maintenance experience preferred
Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or production equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and prints
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experience with grain handling or packaging equipment is a plus
Valid driver’s license required

Must be comfortable working around moving machinery, loud environments, and industrial equipment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
